What's in Store

From our own beef & lamb to fresh bread, pies & pastries, the farm shop sells a great variety of high quality, freshly made, locally sourced, seasonal food. We believe in supporting the British economy so you’ll find that 95% of our produce is British.

We supply our own free range eggs, dry-cured bacon, sausages and burgers in addition to delicious seasonal vegetables from the fields around us.

There are gourmet pickles and preserves, puddings and pies, all with that special taste that comes from being made by people who care about the good food they make.

Butchery

  • Beef is from our own farm here at Lower Clopton and is matured for 28 days.
  • Lamb is from our flock of Welsh Mule cross Suffolk sheep here on the farm.
  • Pork comes from Barry Hall at Admington and Mr Ball at Bromsgrove.
  • Chickens are from Coldicotts in Worcester
  • Venison: Fallow deer, Mike Coldicott, Ettington.
  • Red Deer Martin Johns, Redditch
  • Goat (when available) from Anna Mead, Droitwich.

Fruit & Vegetables

Most of our veg comes from Drinkwaters, Ebrington, but through the year we also have:

  • Asparagus from First Grass, Birlington.
  • Strawberries from Oaklands Fruit Farm, Pershore.
  • Apples, Pears and Plums from Hayles Fruit Farm, Winchcombe.
  • Potatoes from Brains at Spring Hill and Drinkwaters.
  • Purple Sprouting, Broccoli, Peas, Plums from James Stanley, Ebrington.

Hand Made Fayre

Created in our own kitchen:

  • soup, ready meals, pork pies, meat pies, quiches, scotch eggs, salads, scones, traybakes and sponges.
  • Also, sausage rolls, fruit pies, treacle tarts, Bakewell tarts, cheesecake, Eccles cakes, coleslaw, potato salad, pate, mince pies and hot cross buns.

Eggs

  • Free-range from our farm and Clay Hall Farm, Bidford upon Avon.
  • We also have Quail, Duck and Goose eggs when they are laying.

Alcohol

  • Our alcohol section is filled with British, local beers, ciders, wines and spirits and includes 7 local gins!

Bread

  • We have fresh bread daily from Le Petit Croissant Bakery, whose business is situated on the farm.

Deli

  • We offer an excellent range of over 40 British cheeses alongside hams, beef, free-range turkey and ox tongue all cooked on site. - We stock cheese made from cow, sheep, goat and buffalo milk, with British alternatives for parmesan, halloumi and feta.

Store Cupboard

  • We stock preserves, condiments, flour, tea & coffee as well as treats of confectionary, ice cream, puddings and cakes, all from British producers.
  • Come and browse our selection of stocks & sauces, rapeseed oil, vinegars & dressings, rice & pasta, stuffings and cereals.

Dairy

  • Milk, cream and butter from Cotteswold Dairy and Holmleigh Dairy as well as cottage cheese, clotted cream and crème fraiche.
  • Also, we now stock Gorsehill Abbey organic unhomogenised whole milk.
